Although we work for most of the larger companies, Vital knowledge Inc. is striving to acquire and maintain its own agent base. The benefit for our agents is when you contact Vital Knowledge Inc., you are contacting the people who are completing the exam. Our agents get our prime
time. We will contact your applicants and try to complete them with in one week. If they need more time, we will get it completed at their
earliest opportunity!
Also, all of Vital Knowledge's agents have Valerie's personal cell number, should problems arise. We can bill any company. So independent agents are welcomed.
The order form is simple, designed by Valerie Hill, to insure we have the correct information on the applicant and the agent so exam will go smoothly. We use a secure form service for Hippa compliance. There are no Social security numbers given on the form. We will secure that information from the applicant while we are with them. To order an exam or mobile EKG, long term care review or blood, ua and vitals, fill out exam order form and hit submit. It goes to our e-mail, and we will call them with in 24 hours.
